The Holiday Villa is conveniently located on the city's main business street, fronting Monivong Boulevard. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the Pochentong International Airport.

Guests can enjoy 74 spacious guestrooms consisting of Standard rooms and Suites.

In-room amenities include an individually controlled air-conditioner, IDD telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, in-room safe and private bathroom with hot and cold-water shower and bathtub.

Suites are further equipped with coffee and tea making facilities. The Presidential and Deluxe Suites comes with a kitchenette while the Studio Suites has a balcony. Connecting deluxe rooms or suites are also available for families of 4 or more.
